Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of estimating a channel in a bidirectional relay system which operates in a frequency selective fading channel and provides a channel estimating technique which minimizes the distortion of a power amplifier and maximum to average power ratio by using training progression which satisfies an optimum condition.
