Abstract: A group digital monitoring system for fishery protection is provided to prevent theft by using a fishing ground detection system for identifying all objects breaking into a fishery and a radar sensing system for detecting all objects breaking into a fishery. A fishing ground detection system(1) identifies a thief fishing vessel by installing an auto identification device to fishing vessels in order to distinguish the fishing vessels in which the auto identification device is installed and the fishing vessels in which the auto identification device is not installed. A radar sensing system(2) detects all objects breaking into a fishing ground by setting up a radar in which the radar scanner is installed in the land and using the reflection of an electric wave emitted from the radar to the fishing ground. A monitoring-discrimination-emergency-complementary system(3) is connected with the National Maritime Police Agency, a private security company and a fishery guidance boat on a real-time basis.
