Abstract: PURPOSE: An abrasive body for ultra-precision polishing and a polishing method thereof are provided to regularly and precisely polish a polished body within a short time by keeping an interval between the abrasive body and the polished body with the fluid fed from a fluid passage. CONSTITUTION: A fluid passage(2) is vertically penetrated through an abrasive body(1) from the center to the edge. The abrasive body is molded with a single plastic ingredient or a mixture mixed with an abrasive compound and a binder or molded in many mixture layers(7,8,9) having each different abrasive compound. The binder is a plastic adhesive or all kinds of thermoplastics. The bottom of the abrasive body is flat or curved and the fluid passage is connected from the outside of the abrasive body. A polished body(3) is rotated in the same direction as or in the opposite direction to the abrasive body with the same rotating speed or different rotating speed while fluid is fed through the fluid passage. Then, an interval between the polished body and the abrasive body is properly kept to precisely polish the polished body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyurethane composition and a sponge for body exfoliation manufactured therefrom are provided to effectively perform both exfoliation and skin protection by utilizing the function of microcells of polyurethane foam and microparticles of loess simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane composition comprises: 100pts.wt of a hardening agent which comprises 35-95wt% of a mixed polyol where polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 300-2000 and polyester polyol are mixed in a weight ratio of 80-95:5-20, 1-60wt% of loess, 0.1-2wt% of a hardening accelerator, 0.5-5wt% of an amine catalyst, 0.1-5wt% of a pigment, 0.5-15wt% of a foaming agent and 0.5-5wt% of a silicone surfactant; and 100-130pts.wt of polyisocyanate. The sponge for body exfoliation is manufactured by foaming the polyurethane composition to give a block foam, aging the block foam at room temperature for 2-3 days and cutting it into a desired shape.
