Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to steadily keep the electromagnetic wave shading feature by using the black serial substance as a metal seed layer. CONSTITUTION: An optical filter comprises an electromagnetic wave shielding layer(230) for a resin layer(220) arranged in a transparent base substrate(210), a transparent base top of a substrate and a electromagnetic interference shielding. A predetermined intaglio pattern(221) is formed in the resin layer. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer is arranged in the intaglio pattern inside of the resin layer. The shape of the horizontal side formed with the intaglio pattern comprises one among triangle or square. A horizontal cross unit shape includes square. The pitch of the intaglio pattern is over 10um and under 300um.

Abstract: A cube-corner type retro-reflective sheet according to the present invention is disclosed.
