Abstract:
본 발명은 굵은입자들의 혼합비를 더욱 감소시켜 입자들을 안정하게 제공할 수 있는 분급기, 상기 분급기를 구비한 수직형분쇄기, 및 상기 수직형분쇄기를 구비한 석탄분보일러장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 분급기는 원심력에 의해 고체입자들을 분급하는 회전핀(21), 상기 회전핀(21)의 외주측에 설치된 원통형 하강류형성부재(13), 상기 회전핀(21)과 상기 하강류형성부재(13)의 하부에 배치된 회수콘(11), 및 하우징(41)을 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 하우징(41)과 상기 회수콘(11) 사이에는 축류영역(16)이 형성되며, 상기 축류영역(16)을 통해 송풍되는 고체입자들과 기체의 혼합물로 형성된 이상류(52)는, 하강류를 형성하도록 상기 하우징(41)의 상부에서 상기 하강류형성부재(13)와 충돌한다. 그 후, 상기 하강류는 상기 회전핀측으로 유도되고, 미세입자와 굵은입자들로 분급되며, 상기 미세입자들은 기류와 함께 운반되고, 회전핀(21)을 통과하여 제거된다. 상기 축류영역(16)의 상부측에 그리고 상기 하강류형성부재(13)의 외주부에는 순환와류발달억제부(30)가 설치된다.

본 발명은, 거친 입자의 혼입 비율이 적은 제품 미분(微粉)을 얻을 수 있는 분급(分級) 장치를 제공한다. 고정핀(13)의 경사 각도 θ, 설치 피치를 P, 입자 유통 방향의 폭을 L이라고 했을 때, 50°≤ θ ≤70°의 범위에 있어서, P/L의 값이 0.042×( θ -50)+0.64 ~ 0.019×( θ -50)+0.22의 범위 내에 존재하도록, 고정핀(13)의 설치 피치 P와 폭 L을 조합시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract:
A classifier capable of stably providing particles by further reducing the mixing ratio of coarse particles, a vertical crusher having the classifier, and a coal fired boiler apparatus having the vertical crusher. The classifier comprises a rotating fin (21) classifying solid particles by a centrifugal force, a cylindrical downward flow forming member (13) installed on the outer peripheral side of the rotating fin (21), a recovery cone (11) disposed under the rotating fin (21) and the downward flow forming member (13), and a housing (41). A contraction flow area (16) is formed between the housing (41) and the recovery cone (11), and a two-phase flow (52) formed of the mixture of the solid particles and gases blown up through the contraction flow area (16) is collided with the downward flow forming member (13) on the upper side of the housing (41) to form it in a downward flow. Then, that flow is led to the rotating fin side, classified into the fine particles and the coarse particles, and the fine particles are carried together with an airstream, passed through the rotating fin (21), and removed. [Problem] To provide a rotating classifier which can keep classification performance high and which can prevent blockages caused by biomass and the like. [Means for Resolution] The rotating classifier is characterized in that: comb teeth-like protrusion portions protruding toward a fixed member side are provided on top of rotary classification fins at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating classifier fins; a first gap is provided between an upper end portion of each of the comb teeth-like protrusion portions and a lower surface of the fixed member; a second gap formed between a protrusion portion and a protrusion portion adjacent to the protrusion portion is connected to the first gap; and an air stream flowing from the radial outside to the radial inside of the comb teeth-like protrusion portions through the first gap and the second gap is formed due to the rotation of the rotary classification fins.
