Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat insulation elasticity paving material and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent heat accumulation in the road by the direct ray of light in the daytime. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a heat insulation elasticity paving material comprises a preprocess step of arranging the concrete and ascon paved surfaces using a vacuum cleaner or air compressor and filling in crack or track on the surface(S100), a primer coating step(S110), a mixing step of making a mixture of a binder and EPDM(double synthetic rubber) and Urethane rubber(S120), an installation and compaction step of applying the binder on the primer-coated concrete and ascon paved surfaces, spreading the rubber mixture, and pressing the rubber mixture with electric rollers(S130), and a heat-insulation paint coating step of mixing and coating heat-insulation paint(S140).
