Abstract: 본 고안은 스터드 타입 트랙롤러 베어링에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 트랙롤러 베어링 양측으로 니플이 돌출된 상태로 설치됨에 따라 트랙로러 베어링을 장착시에 타부품과의 간섭등으로 창착이 용이하지 못하였으며, 니플을 통해 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 캡이 필요하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 일측 또는 양측에 오일주입구(118)가 구비된 샤프트(112), 니들롤러(115), 외륜(116), 고정링(117)으로 베어링 본체(100)를 구성함에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(112)의 일측 또는 양측에 내주면이 공구홈(121)으로 된 오일주입구 (118)를 형성하되 그 안쪽으로 플러그안착부(122)와 오일통로를 겸하는 스프링안착부 (123)를 형성한 후 스프링(201)과 볼(202)을 넣고 중앙 주유공(204)이 상기 볼 (202)에 의해 개폐되는 스틸플러그(203)를 플러그안착부(122)에 삽입 설치한 것으로서, 이러한 본 고안은 외부로 돌출되는 니플이 없어 다른 부품과 간섭됨이 없고, 샤프트(112) 전방에서 오일 공급이 용이한 것이며, 별도의 마개를 사용하지 않아도 내부의 그리스가 외부로 유출되거나 외부의 이물질이 내부로 유입됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 것으로 작업성이 좋아 생산 성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a cage of a needle roller is provided to improve productivity and quality of the cage of the needle roller by constantly forming an outer diameter of the cage without forming a tolerance. CONSTITUTION: A cage fabricating apparatus includes a rotary mold(20) gripped by a rotary chuck(2). The rotary mold(20) is provided to form an external appearance of the cage. The rotary mold(20) is formed at a lateral center portion thereof with a hole(21) into which a cylindrical workpiece(30) is inserted. A mounting recess section(22) is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the rotary mold(20) so as to mount the cylindrical workpiece(20) therein. A slot section(23) having a shape corresponding to a shape of an outer peripheral surface of a roller mold(10) is formed below the mounting recess section(22).
