Abstract: 본 발명은 기밀성을 견고히 유지할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 무엇보다 조작이 간편하도록 함으로써 신속한 파이프의 이음작업이 될 수 있도록 하는 슬라이드 조임식 파이프 연결 소켓에 관한 것으로,
파이프(1')가 삽입되어 접합고정이 되도록 함과 동시에 파이프(1')의 과삽입을 방지하기 위한 접합턱(11)이 형성되며, 그 타측방향에는 고무패킹(40)이 밀착고정된 상태에서 고무패킹(40)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 내주면 끝단 일부에만 패킹밀착부(12)가 구성되고, 외주면에는 체결용 수나사선(13)이 하나 이상 형성된 연결체(10)와, 파이프(1)가 삽입되어 관통될 수 있도록 관통홈(31)이 형성됨과 동시에 클램프(20)가 삽입안착될 수 있도록 내측에는 안착홈(34)이 마련되며, 상기 관통홈(31)의 일측에는 볼트(2)가 삽입되어 너트(3)와 체결이 용이하도록 하나 이상의 체결홈(32)을 형성시키되, 그 체결홈(32)의 일측에는 고정체(30)의 나사조작이 용이하도록 외측방향으로 돌출되게 형성시킨 굴곡부(33)가 구성된 고정체(30)와, 상기 고정체(30)의 안착홈(34)과 동일한 형상으로 구성되어 헐거운끼워맞춤이 용이하도록 함과 동시에 안착홈(34)에서 회전이 되지 않도록 유동방지턱(25)이 형성되며, 볼트(2)가 삽입되어 너트(3)와 체결이 용이하도록 상기 고정체의 체결홈(32)에 대향하는 삽입홈(21)이 하나 이상 형성되고, 그 일측에는 파이프(1)가 삽입될 수 있는 관통홈(23)이 형성되며, 그 관통홈(23)의 내벽면(22)에는 연결체(10)의 수나사선(13)에 대향하는 암나사선(24)이 형성되고, 상기 유동방지턱(25)의 내측에는 삽 입홈(21)에 삽입되는 볼트(2)가 회전되지 않고 고정상태가 유지될 수 있도록 볼트머리고정홈(26)이 형성된 클램프(20)와, 상기 파이프(1)의 외주면에 끼움고정되며, 절개단면이 직각삼각형의 형상을 갖는 밀폐용 고무패킹(40)을 포함하여 구성된다.

Abstract: A slide tightening type pipe connection socket is provided to connect large size pipes easily by excluding forcible fitting method. A slide tightening type pipe connection socket(100) comprises a connector(10), a fixture(30), a clamp(20), and a sealing rubber packing(40). The connector has a joint protrusion for preventing excessive insertion of a pipe(1'), a packing fitting part for preventing exposure of the rubber packing, and male screw thread. The fixture has a perforated groove, a mounting groove in which the clamp is inserted, joint grooves in which a bolt(2) is inserted, and a curved portion protruded to easily manipulate the fixture like screw. The clamp has a movement preventing protrusion for preventing the rotation of the clamp in the mounting groove, insertion holes, a perforated groove, female screw thread, and a bolt head fixing groove for holding the fixed state of the bolt.

Abstract: A connecting socket of a pipe is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to seal the connecting socket of the pipe efficiently by manufacturing the connecting socket simply and promptly assembling and fixing the pipes. A connecting socket(S) includes a first connector(100) having an insertion groove fixing a pipe(10), a push preventive protrusion protruded circumferentially, an assembling groove fixing a second connector(200) and an assembling projection(130) with a combination groove, and the second connector fitted to the first connector and provided with an insertion groove fixing a pipe(10'), a push preventive protrusion protruded circumferentially, a fitting protrusion(250) formed circumferentially and completely sealed in fitting the second connector to the first connector and an assembling projection(230) with a combination groove. Soft resin(260) is formed in an inner wall of the first connector or the fitting protrusion of the second connector with double injection. A guide hole is formed in the first connector to quickly assemble the first connector with the second connector, and a guide member(270) is protruded in the second connector and inserted to the guide hole of the first connector.
