Abstract: PURPOSE: A butt-welding structure of a synthetic resin pipe by using a fusing ring is provided to prevent damage of the fusing ring by installing a heater separately from the ring and to improve pipe-laying and fusing-work efficiency of the synthetic resin pipe without cutting the broken fusing ring or the resin pipe attached with the ring. CONSTITUTION: In a butt-welding structure for welding a synthetic resin pipe attached with a fusing ring(20) to each other, the fusing ring has an inside melted to one synthetic resin pipe and a fusion surface(22) contacting to the fusing ring of the other synthetic resin pipe. A heater settling unit(23) contacted with a heater is disposed on the fusion surface. A combining projection(25) having a bolt hole(24) for joining physically the fusing rings confronting with each other by a bolt and a nut is formed at the outer periphery of the fusing ring.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fusion jointing structure of synthetic resin pipes is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and improve airtightness by improving the structure of a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: In a fusion jointing structure of synthetic resin pipes, a heater(40) is fit into the outside of sockets(30), and is inserted into the inside of a sleeve(20). The synthetic resin pipes(P) are inserted into the sockets. The socket includes a small-diameter portion(32) into which the heater is fit, and a large-diameter portion(33) extended from the small-diameter portion. The sleeve includes a first insertion unit(21) into which the small-diameter portion is fit, and a second insertion unit(22) into which the large-diameter portion is fit.

Abstract: 본 발명은 합성수지관 융착용 연결관, 이 연결관의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 상,하수도나 가스공급용 배관으로 사용되는 각종 합성수지관을 히터 또는 열선이 설치된 융착용 연결관을 사용하여 연결시키는 방식에 있어서, 상기 연결관에 히터를 설치하기 위하여 생산성이 떨어지고 생산원가가 높은 인서트사출을 하지 아니하고 저렴한 가격으로 대량생산이 가능하도록 한 것으로, 연결관으로 사용될 관체를 압출하는 공정, 압출된 관체를 연결관의 길이에 맞게 절단하는 공정, 절단된 연결관의 양측 내면에 망형 히터를 끼우는 공정, 망형 히터가 끼워진 연결관을 회전시키면서 연결관의 내측에서 가압/가열로울러를 사용하여 히터를 연결관의 내면에 압착시키는 공정을 거쳐 합성수지관 융착용 연결관을 제조함으로써 고가의 인서트용 사� ��장비가 없이도 저렴한 비용으로 연결관을 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing connecting pipe for fusion jointing plastic pipe is provided to allow for a mass production in a low cost without using insert injection which is expensive and has low productivity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of extruding a pipe body having a dimension used as a connecting pipe(S10), cutting the extruded pipe body to be suitable for the length of the connecting pipe(S20), fitting a net-type heater into the both inner face of the cut connecting pipe(S30), pressing and squeezing the net-type heater against the inner face of the connecting pipe while rotating the connecting pipe in a state which the net-type heater is fitted into the connecting pipe(S40). The manufacturing method further comprises a step of embedding a lead wire into the net-type heater before fitting the heater into the connecting pipe.
