    Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract having inhibition activity of growth of microorganism such as Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and containing 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid is provided. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)grinding the dried gardenia fruit; (ii)washing by dipping in hexane solvent at room temperature for 24 hours so as to remove impurity and fat soluble component; (iii)after dipping residue in water, ethanol, methanol solvent, filtrating to obtain extract; (iv)swelling extract with water or ethanol or methanol solvent by using Sephadex LH-20 and eluting and fractionizing; (v)purifying and manufacturing gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract by collecting eluate fraction whose Ve/Vt(ratio of elution volume to total column volume) is 0.8-1.2; (vi)performing vacuum concentration or freeze drying.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,含有3,4-二羟基苯甲酸等微生物生长抑制活性的栀子果汁提取物的制备方法。 构成:栀子果汁提取物的制备方法的特征在于包括以下步骤:(i)研磨干栀子果实; (ii)通过在己烷溶剂中浸渍在室温下洗涤24小时,以除去杂质和脂溶性组分; (iii)将残留物浸在水,乙醇,甲醇溶剂中,过滤得到提取物; (iv)使用Sephadex LH-20用水或乙醇或甲醇溶剂溶胀提取物,洗脱分级; (v)通过收集Ve / Vt(洗脱体积与总柱体积的比例)为0.8-1.2的洗脱液级分来纯化和制备栀子果汁黄酮提取物; (vi)进行真空浓缩或冷冻干燥。
