Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat press type goose neck for magnesium die-cast is provided to maintain high temperature abrasion resistant by inserting a liner with a cylinder part made of cobalt tungsten, which is directly contacted with a position. CONSTITUTION: A heat press type goose neck for magnesium die-cast comprises a liner(6). The heat press type goose neck presses magnesium molten metal with a die cast mold and supplies the magnesium molten metal. The body(1) of the goose neck is formed of SKD61 tool steel. The liner is formed of cobalt tungsten steel. The liner is inserted into a cylinder(4) functioning as a pressing part.
