Abstract: 본 고안은 지거 염색기에서 염색된 직물지를 말대축에 감을때 감겨지는 직물지의 변사부가 가즈런히 정열되어 감길수 있게 하는 변사 맞춤 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는, 직물지 말대축(1)과 가이드 로울러(2) 사이에 변사감지센서(3)(3a)를 부착하여 진행중인 직물지(4)의 변사위치를 감지하고 전기신호를 보내주면 주 제어장치(MICROPROCESSOR)에서 연산하여 공압솔벨브(8)를 작동시키고 공압실린더(5)를 작동시켜 말대축을 이동시키는 동작을 통해 직물지의 변사부를 바르게 정열시켜 감는 구성으로 이루어진 고안인데 두개의 변사감지센서(3)(3a)가 고정자(301)에 장치되어 그 고정구멍(301a)이 지지대(302)에 끼워져 볼트(303)로 고정되기 때문에 지거염색기내의 정확한 위치에 설치할수 있고 공압실린더(5)의 작동축(5a)이 말대축(1) 구동부의 연결자(1a) 돌편(1b)에 피복되어 연결되므로서 공압실린더(5)가 작동하면 말대축(1)이 회전되는 상태에서 말대축을 그 길이 방향으로 이동시켜 직물지의 변사위치를 조정하게 되므로 그 작동이 정확하고 지속적이며 능율적으로 달성되는 효과를 얻는 것이다.
