Abstract: 본 발명은 녹차의 폴리페놀류 성분이 함유된 콩나물의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 녹차를 열수 및 에탄올로 추출한 후 종자 발아기간 동안 녹차 잔류물과 콩종자를 혼합하여 발아시킨 다음 녹차 잔류물-콩종자-녹차 잔류물층의 샌드위치방식으로 적층하여 재배하면서 녹차 추출액을 주기적으로 관수함으로써 효과적으로 녹차의 폴리페놀류 성분이 함유된 콩나물을 재배할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cultivating method of bean sprouts with polyphenol in green tea is provided, thereby producing bean sprouts containing a large quantity of polyphenol which is derived from green tea and healthful effects. CONSTITUTION: The cultivating method of bean sprouts with polyphenol in green tea comprises the steps of: (a) extracting green tea with hot water and ethanol to prepare green tea extract solution and green tea remnants; (b) mixing the green tea remnants with seeds of beans and germinating the bean seeds; (c) separating the germinated bean seeds from the green tea remnants, sequentially accumulating the green tea remnants, germinated bean seeds and green tea remnants, and culturing them; and (d) supplying the green tea extract solution to the accumulated germinated bean seeds during the cultivation of them.
