Abstract: PURPOSE: A CPW(coplanar waveguide) low pass filter is provided to achieve improved frequency cutoff characteristics by arranging etched holes along a transmission line and increasing coupling between etched holes. CONSTITUTION: A CPW low pass filter(10) comprises etched holes(14,14',15,15') having rectangular shapes, and which are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval on an upper ground surface(12) and a lower ground surface(13) which are formed centering from a transmission line(11); and slots(16,16',17,17') which are formed to open the etched holes and the etched hole arranged in the vicinity of the transmission line.
