Abstract: A concrete composition for a sound absorption layer using a porous slag is provided to be light and environment-friendly and to have an excellent sound absorption property and an excellent intensity. A concrete composition for a sound absorption layer comprises cement of 10-20 weight%, aggregate of 18-30 weight%, sand of 25-40 weight% and slag of 25-40 weight% based on a total weight of the concrete composition. The slag is at least one or more selected from a group consisting of blast furnace slag, converter slag, steel-manufacturing slag and STS slag. A soundproof plate(20) contains the sound absorption layer(23) formed by the concrete composition.
