Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealing cover for a garbage bag and the garbage bag are provided to prevent odor or wastes in the garbage bat coming out and to minimize insects getting into the garbage bag. CONSTITUTION: A base layer (10) is combined on an outside surface of a garbage bag along with circumference of an insertion hole (51) formed in the garbage bag (50). An adhesive layer (20) combines the base layer to the outside surface of the garbage bag. A cover layer covers an upper surface of the base layer. The adhesive layer (40) attaches the cover layer on the upper surface of the base layer allowing detachment while being fixed and combined to a lower surface of the cover layer. An open hole (11) is formed with a size smaller than a penetration hole after being connected to the penetration hole. A fix unit (31) is fixed and combined to the base layer. A rotation unit (32) is combined to the fix unit allowing rotation to an up and down direction.

본 발명의 쓰레기 수납 상자는, 내부에 상부가 개방된 수용부가 형성된 몸체부와; 일단이 상기 몸체부에 결합되고, 타단이 회전하여 상기 수용부의 상부를 개폐하며, 상기 수용부와 외부를 연통시키는 투입구가 형성된 제1덮개와; 상기 제1덮개에 결합되어 상기 투입구를 개폐하는 개폐부와; 일단이 상기 몸체부에 결합되고, 타단이 회전하여 상기 투입구를 개폐하는 제2덮개로 이루어지되, 상기 개폐부는 비닐로 이루어져 상기 투입구의 하부에서 상기 제1덮개에 결합되고 상기 투입구와 연통되는 개폐구가 일방향으로 길게 절개되어 형성되며, 상기 개폐구의 폭은 외력에 의해 절개방향의 수직방향으로 확장되었다가 외력이 제거되면 수축되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A garbage container is provided to prevent the outflow of garbage and odor from the garbage container to the outside as an opening/closing unit and an inlet are usually closed except when an external force is applied by the opening/closing unit. CONSTITUTION: A garbage container is provided to prevent the outflow of garbage and odor includes a body (110), a first cover (120), an opening/closing unit (130), and a second cover (150). A receiving unit (111) of which the upper part is opened is formed inside the body unit. One end portion of the first cover is joined to the body unit, and the other end portion thereof is rotated so that the upper part of the receiving unit is opened/closed. An inlet connecting the receiving unit to the outside is formed on the first cover. The opening/closing unit is joined to the first cover and opens/closes the inlet. One end portion of the second cover is joined to the body unit, and the other end portion thereof is rotated so that the inlet is opened/closed. The opening/closing unit is formed of vinyl and joined to the first cover unit on the lower side of the inlet.
