Abstract: 본 발명은 화재발생시 창문을 자동으로 강제 개방하여 연기와 유독가스 등을 배출할 수 있는 차압 배연창 자동개폐시스템에 관한 것으로서, 화재감지부와 연결된 배연창개폐장치를 구비하되, 상기 배연창개폐장치는 복층건물에서 외부와 접하는 배연창을 개폐할 수 있게 설치되는 배연창개폐기와, 상기 배연창의 내측과 외측의 미세한 압력차를 감지하는 압력감지부 및 이 압력감지부의 측정데이터와 화재감지부의 화재신호를 입력받아 상기 배연창개폐기를 작동시키는 신호처리장치로 구성하여, 화재발생시 실내압이 외부압보다 높아 실내에 발생된 연기나 유독가스가 신속히 외부로 배출될 수 있는 경우에만 배연창을 강제 개방시킴으로써, 외부공기가 역유입되는 것을 방지하여 화재대피를 용이하게 할 뿐 아니라, 질식사고로 인한 인명피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 효과가 있는 차압 배연창 자동개폐시스템에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: An automatic opening and closing system for a differential pressure smoke ventilating window is provided to prevent a counter flow of the outside air into a room and to make residents evacuated from a fire easily, and to prevent an accident by suffocation such as smoke or poisonous gas by opening a smoke ventilating window compulsively if the indoor pressure is higher than the outdoor pressure and closing the smoke ventilating window compulsively if the outdoor pressure is higher than the indoor pressure. An automatic opening and closing system for a differential pressure smoke ventilating window includes a smoke detector(18) installed to a wall or a ceiling in a room to detect a fire, smoke or poisonous gas, and a smoke ventilating window opening and closing device(20) composed of a smoke ventilating opening and closing unit(10) installed to a smoke ventilating window frame(1) or a wall to open a smoke ventilating window compulsively, a pressure detector(15) installed to the smoke ventilating window frame or the wall to make one side contact with the inside air and the other side contact with the outside air, and a signal processor(13) installed adjacently to the smoke ventilating window opening and closing unit or the pressure detector and receiving data from the fire detector and the pressure detector and opening or closing the smoke ventilating window compulsively.
