Abstract: A drain board laying device is provided to extract an anchor plate effectively after placing a drain board, using an anchor plate remover having elasticity. A drain board laying device comprises a moving device(20), a leader(30), a drain board housing(40), an anchor plate remover(50), and an anchor plate(70). The leader is installed toward the ground on one side of the moving device. The drain board housing having a penetrated part containing a drain board(10) is longitudinally mounted in the leader and moves up and down to be inserted to or extracted from the underground. The anchor plate remover comprises a drain board through part corresponding to the penetrated part of the drain board housing, and is joined to the bottom of the drain board housing. The anchor plate comprises a plate(72) positioned on the end of the anchor plate remover and a hanger(74) positioned on the top of the plate on which the drain board is suspended.
