    Abstract: 본발명은 L홀더제조장치및 이를이용한 L홀더제조방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는소량의서류(문서등)를철할때 쓰는 L홀더를제조함에있어, 원스톱(one-stop) 공정수행이가능할수 있도록한 L홀더제조장치및 이를이용한 L홀더제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면, 롤형태로준비된원소재의장착및 장착된상기원소재를권출시켜다음공정의경로로공급하는소재공급기; 공정진행방향을따르는상기소재공급기일측에배치된상태로, 상기소재공급기로부터연속적으로공급되는상기원소재를미리정한형태로재단및 재단된대상소재의중앙에절첩선이절곡형성되도록 1차가공하는외형재단기; 공정진행방향을따르는상기외형재단기일측에배치된상태로, 상기외형재단기에의해 1차가공된상기대상소재를반으로접어다음공정의경로로이송하는소재절첩기; 공정진행방향을따르는상기소재절첩기일측에배치된상태로, 상기소재절첩기에의해반으로절첩이송되는상기대상소재의하단부를접합시켜접첩부와상기하단부가막힌상태가되도록 2차가공하는초음파접합기; 및, 공정진행방향을따르는상기소재절첩기일측에더 배치된상태로, 상기소재절첩기를통과하는잔여소재를임의길이로절단하는소재절단기;를포함하여구성된것을특징으로한다.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an image printing method and a printing sheet manufactured by the image printing method and more specifically, to an image printing method and a printing sheet capable of obtaining an output in which an image is printed by printing using ultraviolet rays after gravure printing on a base made of a paper material and attaching a film to the upper part of the gravure printed base. The present invention comprises a film preparing step for preparing the film attached to a paper base; a color forming step for forming a color on the paper base by using a gravure printing method; a film attaching step for attaching the back side of the film to the surface of the paper base; and a ultraviolet printing step for printing the image on the front surface of the film by using ultraviolet hardening ink.
