Abstract: PURPOSE: A height control apparatus is provided to able to control height by combining a golf tee to a lifting block, thereby capable of controlling a stroke point according to physical condition or swing type of a beginner. CONSTITUTION: A height control apparatus comprises an inserting groove(12), a flue tube(13), a housing(31), a lifting block(32), a wire(35), a support roller(36), a lifting unit(37), and an elastic unit(41). The inserting groove is formed in a base to up and down. The housing is buried into the inserting groove, and has a cylindrical shape of which top is opened. The lifting block is combined with a golf tee(T) in the upper part. The wire is extended to outside of an artificial mat by being combined to one side of a lifting block. The support roller maintains the tension of a wire by being connected to one side of a base. The lifting unit is connected to the lifting block to pull and push wire. The elastic unit supports a lifting block to combine with the lower side of the lifting block to elastically descend.
