Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for providing an advertisement service and a method thereof using a UCC(User Created Contents) are provided to increase the effect of advertisement by selecting UCC data coinciding with advertisement contents. CONSTITUTION: A UCC maker terminal(300) requests registration in order to manufacture UCC data. An advertisement UCC server(100) requests the exposure of UCC data through the web. The paid advertising rate is distributed to the UCC manufacturer. A web server(400) exposes UCC data through the web.
