Abstract: 본 발명은 큐브구조 건축물의 조립식 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 패널부재와 모서리연결부재 및 귀퉁이연결부재로 구성되어 쉽게 시공할 수 있으며, 패널부재와 모서리연결부재 및 귀퉁이연결부재가 경량으로서 취급, 운반 및 시공이 간편하게 되고, 단열성과 구조적 강도가 우수한 심재와 표층재를 접합한 패널부재와 모서리연결부재 및 귀퉁이연결부재를 조립하여 건축물을 시공하는 것이므로 시공된 건축물의 단열성과 구조적 강도를 충족시킬 수 있으며, 각 부재들이 변질되지 않아 내구성이 우수하게 되며, 시공 자재가 저렴하고 시공이 신속, 간편하게 이루어져 시공 단가를 크게 낮출 수 있으며, 이에 따라 소비자의 선호도를 높일 수 있고, 1층 구조물과 2층 구조물을 구조적으로 보강함으로써 큐브구조 건축물을 다층 구조로 시공할 경우에도 구조적 강도를 충족시킬 수 있으며, 전선관의 시공이 간편하게 이루어지게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for constructing a cubic construction is provided to improve construction ability and lower construction cost by facilitate to construct. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a cubic construction comprises a wall assembly step and a ceiling panel assembly step. The wall assembly step forms four walls by vertically arranging and combining a plurality of panel members(210), an edge connecting member(220), and a corner connecting member(230). The ceiling panel assembly step forms a ceiling panel by horizontally arranging and combining a plurality of panel members, an edge connecting member, and a corner connecting member. The panel member comprises a core material and a pair of square board type surface layer materials. The edge connecting member comprises a core member and a pair of surface layers both with Γ-shaped cross sections. The corner connecting member comprises a horizontal plate unit, the core member with a vertical plate unit, and the surface layer material with a pair of vertical plate units.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fabrication method for constructing a cubic structure is provided to enable a layperson to easily handle, transport, and construct a cubic structure by assembling members and to improve thermal insulation and structural strength of the cubic structure. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method for constructing a cubic structure comprises the steps of: assembling four walls by combining multiple panel members(110), corner connecting members, and edge connecting members(120); and assembling a ceiling panel. The panel members have coupling protrusions on two neighboring sides and coupling grooves on the other two sides. The corner connecting members have a coupling groove corresponding to the coupling protrusion of the panel members, an L-shaped coupling protrusion(123), and a coupling groove. The edge connecting members have an L-shaped coupling protrusion corresponding to the L-shaped coupling groove of the corner connecting members, an L-shaped groove corresponding to the coupling protrusion of the corner connecting members, and an L-shaped coupling groove.
