Abstract: Disclosed are a housekeeping book management apparatus and method based on a single request. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the housekeeping book management apparatus comprises: a membership database storing multiple pieces of membership information of a user; an changes-in-asset query unit confirming a piece of membership information having received a query request for changes in an asset from the user among the multiple pieces of membership information of the user and transmitting the same to an changes-in-asset query system; and a changes-in-asset control and management unit receiving changes-in-asset information and business classification information from the changes-in-asset query system and classifying the changes-in-asset information differently according to a type of the business classification information.
