Abstract: A method of manufacturing a zirconia abutment of an implant is provided, which solves the problem of the unit cost and secures stability of the product quality. A method of manufacturing a zirconia abutment of an implant comprises: a raw materials mixing process crushing, heating, and mixing polymer 15-19 wt.% and ferric oxide 1-4 wt.% at 120-150deg.C for 3-4 hours; a molding injection process which injects the mixed raw materials in the injection machine; a solvent extraction process which extracts one part of solvent; a degreasing process removing the solvent component from the extrudate; a sintering process endowing the mechanical property; and a barrel process removing the micro burr by polishing the exterior of the sintered body.
