Abstract: A seismic isolating structure for a masonry building is provided to apply excellent seismic isolating effect and to be conveniently and inexpensively constructed in the brick building. In a seismic isolating structure for a masonry building, a seismic isolation plate(1) is installed according to a wall(15) on a foundation floor(11) of the masonry building or foundation brick during constructing the masonry building. Bricks(13) are piled up on a seismic isolating board. The seismic isolating board is manufactured in a strip-shape by sheeting an un-vulcanized rubber and a reinforced fiber in a calendar, laminating the rubber and fiber by turns, and compressing the laminated with a press.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A spring belt for loading shape steels is provided to prevent damage to the shape steels due to an impact generated when the shape steels are freely dropped. CONSTITUTION: A spring belt(100) for loading shape steels comprises loading parts(100-1,100-2). Each loading part comprises a first supporter, a second supporter, a first reference part(118a), a second reference part(118b), a third reference part(116), an elastic part, and a belt part. The first reference part is positioned on one side of a first support part(111a). The second reference part is positioned on one side of a second support part(111b). The third reference part is positioned under the first and second reference parts. The elastic part is coupled to the third reference part. The belt part is coupled to the elastic part.
