Abstract: 본 발명은 시린지 펌프 시뮬레이터에 관한 것으로서, 시린지배럴플랜지를 고정시키는 클립과 시린지배럴 내에 삽입되는 플런저를 이송시키는 가압판이 구비된 시린지펌프에 체결되고, 상기 가압판에 의해 이동가능하게 체결되는 구동로드와, 상기 클립과 체결되고 플랜지가 구비된 고정홀더를 포함하는 플런저부;와 상기 구동로드가 기설정된 거리를 이동하는데 소요되는 이동시간을 감지하는 센서장치와, 상기 센서장치의 정보를 입력받아 약제의 주입속도를 출력시키는 제어장치가 구비된 유량측정부; 및 상기 제어장치의 출력값을 표시하는 디스플레이부;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
본 발명에 의하면, 실제 주사기처럼 시린지 펌프에 직접 장착 가능하도록 플런저부를 구비하는 한편 약액 등의 주입속도를 점검할 수 있는 유량측정부 및 시린지 펌프의 이상작동 여부를 표시하는 디스플레이부가 일체로 구비됨으로써 실시간으로 시린지 내의 유속과 유량을 모니터링하여 약물 주입의 정확성을 확보할 수 있으며 용이하게 시린지 펌프의 예방점검이 이루어질 수 있는 유리한 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A syringe pump simulator is provided to secure the accuracy of a drug injection by monitoring a flow speed and a flow quantity inside a syringe in real time. CONSTITUTION: A syringe pump simulator includes a driving rod connected to be movable by the pressing plate of a syringe pump; a plunger part(10) including a fixing holder connected with the clip of the syringe pump; a flux measurement part equipped with a sensor sensing the moving time of the driving rod and a controller receiving the information of the sensor and outputting the injection speed of drug; and a display part(30) displaying the output value of the controller. The fixing holder equips with a lower holder in which a hole is formed to penetrate the driving rod and a flange is equipped in the lower part; and an upper holder connected with the lower holder and equipped with the flange in the upper part.
