Abstract: The present invention relates to manufacture the first ground of an external part of brown rice into a globule. A brown rice first ground globule is manufactured by the steps of: sieving the first ground of the external part of brown rice; boiling the same and making a rice glue; kneading and inputting the same into a machine, and obtaining threads; and drying the globule manufactured by cutting and collecting the same for more than or equal to two hours in a drier. The present invention manufactures the brown rice globule which is a heal food by collecting the external powder of brown rice used for a feed.
