Abstract: PURPOSE: A water treatment equipment is provided, which is capable of easily and efficiently sterilizing water to be treated. CONSTITUTION: A gas-liquid separation tank(13) having a filter(12) to remove fine bubbles generated when a current is applied to a set of electrodes(11) consisting of electrode plates(110), as the like, to perform sterilization by an electrochemical reaction, is installed on a water treating path(10), which is connected to the water tank(2) and through which water(W) to be treated flows. A suction blower for forcedly discharging gas originated from the removed fine bubbles to the outside of the tank(13) is connected to the tank(13). Thereby, cleaned water free from cloudiness, which has been sterilized by a set of the electrodes(11) and from which the fine bubbles have been removed by the filter(12), can be returned to the water tank(2), for example, a swimming pool, and the gas originated from the fine bubbles can be discharged to the outside of the gas-liquid separation tank(13) by the suction blower without causing water leakage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A water treating device is provided to excellently control residual chlorine concentration in water(W) to be treated by using a residual chlorine sensor(S2). CONSTITUTION: A control means for controlling an electric quantity to an electrolysis bath(12) is provided in the device so that a necessary amount of free residual chlorine is generated based on a measured value by the residual chlorine sensor(S2). Due to correlation of a free residual chlorine volume generating by electrolysis with an applied electric current amount, control of the residual chlorine concentration is excellently performed when a chlorine amount with respect to a deficit residual chlorine amount is generated by electrolysis.
