Abstract: 벽장내의 한쪽의 빈 공간이나, 가구와 가구 사이의 틈새 등 좁은 공간에 있어서도, 공기의 흡입구가 이불이나 가구 등으로 막히지 않게 설치할 수 있어, 제습성능을 저하시키지 않고 사용할 수 있는 제습기를 제공한다.
앞뒤로 가늘고 긴 제습기본체(1)의 적어도 전면에는 흡기구(5)를 설치하며, 상면에 배기구(16)을 설치하고, 증발기(23), 응축기(22)를 흡기구에서 배기구에 이르는 송풍로(20)내에 본체의 좌우방향(폭방향)으로 차례로 배치하는 구성으로 하여, 벽장(11)의 내부 등에 흡기구를 전면으로 하는 설치에 의해 제습기 본체의 측면에 이불(12)이나 가구가 접촉하여도 흡기구가 막힐 염려가 없이 흡기량을 많게 하고, 전면에서 흡입한 공기로부터 수분을 증발기로 제습하며, 응축기에서 건조시켜 순환 송풍하여 효율적으로 제습을 실시하는 제습기를 얻게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dehumidifier is provided to achieve improvements enabling the dehumidifier to be used in a small space without degrading a dehumidifying effect while arranging an air inlet at a front surface of a slim and long body of the dehumidifier. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidifier comprising at a main body(1) thereof a cooling cycle consisting of a compressor, condenser(22), vaporizer(23), and blower fan(24), the dehumidifier allowing a room air flowing from an air inlet toward an air outlet to contact the vaporizer and the condenser, dehumidifying and drying the air, and discharging the resultant air, wherein the main body(1) of the dehumidifier is formed thing and long, the air inlet being arranged at an upper portion of the front surface of the main body(1) in lengthwise direction, a wind channel(25) ranging from the air inlet to air outlet, the wind channel passage being arranged at an upper portion of the main body(1), the vaporizer, condenser, and the blower fan are sequentially arranged to form a row in horizontal direction within the wind channel, a water storage tank(26) arranged at a lower front portion of the main body(1), the compressor being arranged at a lower rear portion of the main body(1).
