Abstract:
PURPOSE: A shield case structure and a hybrid-digital radio module including the shield case are provided to block clock noise generated from a digital region by electrically insulating a digital ground pattern and an analog ground pattern. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of circuit devices is mounted in a printed circuit board(PCB)(22). A frequency modulation(FM) antenna connector(23) is composed of an input-output terminal and an FM ground terminal. The input-output terminal inputs and outputs an FM antenna signal. An Fm ground terminal is in connection with the analog ground pattern(25) of the PCB. An amplitude modulation(AM) antenna connector(24) is composed of an input-output terminal and an AM ground terminal. The analog ground pattern and a digital ground pattern(26) are arranged on the edge of the PCB to be spaced apart from each other.

PURPOSE: A shield structure of a wireless communication device is provided to avoid deterioration of shield effect by stably connecting a chassis and a circuit board with a lead pattern. CONSTITUTION: A shield structure of a wireless communication device comprises a circuit board(100) and a chassis. A lead pattern(110) is formed along the outer boundary of the circuit board(100). The circuit board(100) includes four via-holes(120) near its four corners. Only some part of each of the via-holes(120) is overlapped with the lead pattern(110). The chassis is mounted on the circuit board(100) for shielding. The chassis is connected to the circuit board(100) with the lead pattern(100) and has four legs to be inserted into the via-holes(120). The legs have L type cross sectional shapes so as to avoid connection failure with the lead pattern(110) at joint between the circuit board(100) and the chassis.
