Abstract: 본 발명은 전력증폭기와 같이 발열량이 많은 전력소자에서 발생되는 열을 효과적으로 방출할 수 있는 구조의 전력소자 패키지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 탑재용 기판; 상기 탑재용 기판 상에 탑재된 전력소자; 및 상기 전력소자를 외부와 차단하도록 상기 전력소자를 커버하며, 그 외면에 요철이 형성된 전력소자 보호수단을 포함하는 전력소자 패키지를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전력소자 패키지에서 전력소자 보호수단의 외면에 외부 공기와 접촉 면적을 증가시킬 수 있는 요철을 형성함으로써, 전력소자에서 발생하는 다량의 열을 보다 용이하게 외부로 방출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A composite device comprising an FBAR(Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) filter and an IPD(Integrated Passive Device) is provided to be appropriate for compactness and light weight of a mobile communication terminal and to realize desired characteristics of the terminal easily, by implementing a filter and a matching circuit adopted in an RF circuit part of the terminal as one chip including the FBAR and the IDT. A composite device includes a substrate(1), at least one FBAR(Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) filter(100) formed on one region of an upper plane of the substrate, and an IPD(Integrated Passive Device)(200) including at least one capacitor and at least one inductor connected electrically each other. The inductor or the capacitor is connected to the FBAR filter electrically. The substrate is a glass substrate.

Abstract: A system module with a power device is provided to avoid deterioration of a power device and other devices by effectively radiating the heat generated from a power device through a radiation via in a main board and an unevenness on the lower surface of the main board. A power device package(112) is mounted on a main board(101). At least one radiation via is formed in the mounting region of the power device package in the main board, extended downwardly from the upper surface of the main board. An unevenness(102) is formed in the lower surface of the main board in a region where the radiation via is formed. Abstract: An RF(Radio Frequency) complex module having an improved harmonic suppressing function is provided to pass transmission signals toward an antenna on an output end, and to effectively suppress harmonic components of the transmission signals, thereby preventing harmonics of the transmission signals from being emitted through the antenna. A transmission signal processor(100) power-amplifies and filters the first to nth transmission signals corresponding to each of multiple bands. A switch(200) selects transmission signals corresponding to previously selected bands among the first to nth transmission signals. A variable filter(300) variably sets passing bands according to tuning voltages, and passes the selected transmission signals to the passing bands to output the passed signals, then removes harmonics of the transmission signals.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A TDD(Time Division Duplex)-type amplification module is provided to minimize the power consumption by executing an amplification operation in a TDD method so that power can be consumed as needed only. CONSTITUTION: Rx/Tx signals are inputted and outputted through the first and second ports(P1,P2). The first transmission line(L1), of which one end is connected to the first port(P1) through the first capacitor(C1), has a length of 1/4 for the wavelength of the Rx/Tx signals. The second transmission line(L2), of which one end is connected to the other end of the first transmission line(L1) and of which the other end is connected to the second port(P2) through the fifth capacitor(C5), has a length of 1/4 for the wavelength of the Rx/Tx signals. A matching network(41), connected to the anode of the first pin diode(D1) through the second capacitor(C2), executes impedance matching.
