Abstract: PURPOSE: A binder composition is provided not to generate environmental pollution using galactomannan etc., and to produce enough connectivity with small amount without reducing the mechanical strength of electrode or the dispersion characteristic of electrode material. CONSTITUTION: The galactomannan above is selected from a group consisting of guar gum, tara gum, locust bean gum, fenugreek gum, and cassia gum.
