Abstract: PURPOSE: A monolithic sealing material for an image forming apparatus is provided to improve durability and sealing property, to be formed with a simple process, to reduce process costs, and to improve adhesive property of a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a monolithic sealing material(211) for an image forming apparatus comprise the steps of: applying a polyurethane foam solution at a position contacting 3 or more sides of a housing; applying the polyurethane foam solution in a mold, and molding and making it foam; and curing the molded polyurethane foam solution.
