    Abstract: 엑스선영상장치및 그제어방법에대한발명으로, 이동형엑스선영상장치에있어서, 미리저장된 SID(source ?? image distance) 정보에따라설정되어있는복수의발광부로부터광이조사되어, 조사된광의중첩을통해엑스선영상장치가대상체와적당한촬영거리에위치하는지여부를사용자가직관적으로알 수있는것을목적으로하는엑스선영상장치및 그제어방법에관한기술이다. 일실시예에따른엑스선영상장치는, 엑스선소스, 엑스선소스와엑스선디텍터사이의거리정보를입력받는입력부, 엑스선소스로부터디텍터가위치하는방향으로광을조사하는기준발광부, 기준발광부로부터미리정해진거리만큼이격되어마련되고, 기준발광부로부터조사된광과미리정해진거리에서중첩되도록광을조사하는적어도하나의보조발광부, 및거리정보가입력되면적어도하나의보조발광부중에서입력받은거리정보에대응하는보조발광부를결정하고, 기준발광부및 결정된보조발광부가광을조사하도록제어하는제어부를포함한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A proton-conducting solid oxide electrolyte membrane, membrane electrode assembly including the same, a fuel cell and a manufacturing method of the electrolyte film are provided to provide drastically low membrane resistance at low temperature of 200 deg. Celsius while having a thickness thicker than tens of micro meters. CONSTITUTION: A proton-conductive solid oxide electrolyte membrane comprises nono-porous membrane in which a plurality of nano-pores penetrated from one side to the other side is formed, and one or more proton conductive layers which is filled inside the plurality of nano-pores in order to form interface along the single-side and vertical direction of the nano-porous film. One or more proton conduction layers have a super lattice structure. The proton-conductive membrane-electrode assembly comprises an anode, a cathode, and a proton-conductive solid oxide electrolyte film arranged between the anode and cathode.
