Abstract: 투명 캐소드를 구비하는 상향 발광(top emitting) 타입의 유기발광디스플레이가 개시된다. 개시된 유기발광디스플레이는 애노드와 발광층 및 캐소드가 순차 적층된 유기발광다이오드를 구비하며, 이중에서 캐소드가 금속층 사이에 투명 산화막이 개재된 샌드위치 적층구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 캐소드를 구비하면, 기존에 비해 전도율이 향상되어서 전력소모도 줄일 수 있고, 광투과율이 향상되어 상향 발광 시 높은 휘도를 얻을 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: A flat panel display device is provided to prevent the performance degradation such as generation of a dark spot and brightness degradation by sealing a light-emitting element inside of the display device. A flat panel display device includes a bank unit(131), light-emitting elements(120), a dummy bank unit(135), and a sealing protection layer(140). The bank is arranged in a predetermined pattern on a display region, and defines a plurality of apertures. The light-emitting elements are arranged on the apertures. The dummy bank unit is integrally formed with the bank unit on a non-display region. An organic film and an inorganic film are alternatively stacked on the sealing protection layer of a multi-layer structure. The sealing protection layer separates the light-emitting elements from an external device. The organic film is arranged on a border of the sealing protection layer which is contacted with the light-emitting elements. The sealing protection layer of the multi-layer is extended from the display region to the non-display region, and is arranged to an outermost circumference of the dummy bank unit.

Abstract: A flat panel display device is provided to prevent the degradation of brightness of the display device by improving an arrangement of a desiccant agent used to remove pollutants such as oxygen and moisture. A flat panel display device includes a bank portion(131), a light emitting element(120), a dummy bank portion(135), a pollutant desiccant agent(160), and a sealing protecting layer(140). The bank portions are arranged in a predetermined pattern on a display region and define plural first apertures. The light emitting elements are arranged on the first apertures. Abstract: An organic electro-luminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a pixel circuit portion by forming a protective layer. Abstract: An organic electro-luminescent display and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent deterioration of a driving unit due to heat by forming a light-emitting panel and a driving panel through separate processes. An organic electro-luminescent display includes a plurality of OLEDs, a driving circuit unit, a first substrate, a second substrate, and an electrical connecting unit. The driving circuit unit drives the OLEDs. The first substrate has the OLEDs arranged at one surface. The second substrate is coupled with the first substrate, and has the driving circuit unit. The electrical connecting unit is placed to mutually correspond to the first substrate and the second substrate, and electrically connects the OLEDs and the driving circuit unit. Abstract: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce power consumption of the display device and to enhance brightness by improving a conductivity of a cathode using a quantum tunneling effect. An organic light emitting display device includes a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) layer(100) and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)(200). The TFT layer includes a substrate(110), a gate electrode(120), a source region(130), and a drain region(140) which are arranged thereon. The OLED includes an anode(210), a light emitting layer(220), and a cathode(230). The OLED is laminated on the TFT layer. When a voltage is applied on the gate electrode, a current flows from the source region to the drain region. An optical transmission property of the cathode is improved by applying a transparent oxide film between metal films.
