Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring an optical spectrum by using fourier conversion are provided to effectively measure an input optical spectrum by measuring an error generated by a limitive transmission band width of a wavelength changing filter on a wavelength shaft with a real optical spectrum by using FFT/IFFT(Fast Fourier Transform/Inverse Fast Fourier Transform). CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring an optical spectrum by fourier transform includes a wavelength changing filter(510) for filtering an input optical signal by using a predetermined transmitting band characteristics to convert into an optical spectrum having a predetermined wavelength band, an optical receiver(520) for receiving the optical spectrum to convert into an electric signal, and a processor(530) for fourier-transforming the electrical signal to have a first fourier transform value, fourier-transforming the transmission characteristic signal to have a second fourier transform value, dividing the first fourier transform value by the second fourier transform value and fourier-transforming the divided value inversely.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for compensating change in transmission of an optical tunable filter is provided to compensate the change in transmission of an optical tunable filter by supplying absolute waves without additional power consumption or cost. CONSTITUTION: An optical signal to be measured is inputted to a wave selecting filter(310). The optical signal does not exist or decreased in strength at a narrow band as the wave selecting filter reflects the optical signal having a specific wave simply. The wave selecting filter outputs a reference wave having a specific wave band by reflecting the optical signal having a specific wave of the input signal. Abstract: A flash memory device and a reading operation method thereof are provided to reduce reading disturbance of an unselected memory cell connected to a top word line of a selected memory cell. A flash memory device(100) includes a memory cell array(110), a voltage generating part(140), a column selecting circuit(120), and a control logic(150). The memory cell array has a plurality of memory cells. A plurality of memory cells is arranged in an intersection region of a plurality of word lines and a plurality of bit lines. The voltage generating part generates a plurality of reading voltages(Vread,Vread1-k,Vread2-L). The column selecting circuit drives a word line by a corresponding reading voltage. Control logic controls the voltage generating part in order to generate a reading voltage of a level varied according to a position of the selected word line. CONSTITUTION: A device for stabilizing a wavelength of an optical signal oscillated from laser diodes of channel transmitters, in an optical transmission system using a WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) form, comprises temperature controlling circuits, a wavelength division multiplexer, a wavelength sensor, and a controller. The temperature controlling circuits of channel transmitters sense operating temperatures of the laser diodes, and maintain the operating temperatures as a prescribed temperature datum point. The wavelength division multiplexer multiplexes optical signals of each channels oscillated from the channel transmitters, and transmits the multiplexed optical signals. The wavelength sensor is connected to an optical transmission line where the optical signals are transmitted, senses wavelength deviations of the optical signals according to the multiplexed channels, and outputs information on the wavelength deviations. The controller identifies deviated degrees according to the channels, and updates the temperature datum point of the temperature controlling circuits as corresponding to a deviation value for compensating.
