Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for preventing a digital contents piracy is provided to make all systems connected to users generate many keys to share the keys to each other and to download or upload digital contents by using a secret channel formed between devices performing reciprocal communication, so as to prevent the digital contents from being pirated. CONSTITUTION: An authorization unit(10) supplies coded digital contents or generates/delivers a manufacture key or manufacture key information, and codes/delivers an authentication certifying key and authentication certifying key information. A portable terminal supplier(20) delivers a registration requesting signal to the authorization unit, and receives the manufacture key and the manufacture key information. Contents suppliers(30) receive one pair of keys and information on the pair of the keys generated from the authorization unit, to deliver the registration requesting signal to the authorization unit and to authorize supply of the coded digital contents. 본 발명은 정보 공급자에게 등록된 사용자에게 고유의 키정보를 주게 되고, 이 키정보를 키생성 알고리즘에 적용시켜 사용자키를 생성하고, 사용자가 통신에 접속하여 회원가입 후 디지털 컨텐트를 요청할 시 생성되는 임시 유효키는 사용자키에 의해 암호화되며, 디지털 컨텐트는 임시 유효키에 의해 암호화 된 후 송신되며, 해독 알고리즘을 구비하고 있는 사용자가 디지털 컨텐트를 구입하기 전에 고유문자열에 일대일로 대응되어 생성되는 키정보를 공급받아 암호화된 디지털 컨텐트를 해독시킴과 동시에 재생, 출력되도록 함으로써, 불법 복제시 디지털 컨텐트를 재생할 수 없도록 하여 불법 복제 및 무단 배포를 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
