Abstract: 본 발명은 광디스크의 손상 여부를 판별하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서 특히 디스크를 스캔하여 얻은 이미지를 이용하여 디스크의 손상 여부를 판별하는 방법 및 이에 적합한 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 광디스크의 손상 여부 판별 방법은 광디스크의 이미지에서 광디스크의 손상에 의해 결함된 것을 나타내는 픽셀들을 탐색하는 과정; 상기 픽셀들이 연속된 정도를 판별하는 과정; 및 상기 연속된 정도가 소정의 한계치를 넘는지를 판단하고, 소정의 한계치를 넘을 경우 상기 광디스크에서 재생 불능의 손상이 발생된 것으로 판별하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 디스크 손상 판별 방법은 광디스크를 스캔하거나 촬상하여 얻은 광디스크의 이미지를 대상으로 광디스크의 손상 여부를 판별하므로 광디스크의 저장 용량에 상관없이 광디스크의 손상 여부를 판별하는 효과를 가진다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Vertical type low pressure chemical vapor deposition equipment is provided to lower a temperature of the edge of a wafer under that of the center of the wafer by cooling a part of an inner tube into which a wafer-mounted wafer boat is loaded and by rotating the wafer boat while the temperature is set lower than that of other portions. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wafers(145) are stacked on the wafer boat(140). The wafer boat is loaded/unloaded into/from the inner tube(120) whose upper portion is open. An outer tube(130) surrounds the inner tube, separated from the inner tube by a predetermined interval. A heat unit heats the inside of the inner tube, surrounding the outer surface of the outer tube. A unit(160) of decreasing locally wafer temperature is installed in the inner tube so that the edge temperature of the wafers located in the inner tube becomes lower than the center temperature of the wafers. A reaction gas supply apparatus(170) supplies reaction gas reacting with the wafer. An exhausting apparatus(180) exhausts used gas and residual gas.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for purging a vertical diffusion furnace apparatus is provided to reduce a process time and improve productivity by purging particles from a process tube. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for discriminating a damage of an optical disc and a device fit to the same are provided to discriminate the damage of the optical disc regardless of a storing capacity of the optical disc by discriminating the damage from an image that is obtained by scanning or capturing the optical disc.
