Abstract: PURPOSE: A heating cooking device is provided to cook equally foods by preventing hot air ejected into a heating cooking chamber from being directly discharged to the foods and to restrict the foods scattered in the cooking chamber from flowing into a blowing chamber. CONSTITUTION: A heating cooking device is composed of a body(10) having a heating cooking chamber(11) of which the front side is opened; a blowing chamber(31) recessed rearward at the inner rear side of the heating cooking chamber at the predetermined depth; a circulation fan(32) installed in the blowing chamber to circulate internal air of the heating cooking chamber; a heater(33) mounted in the blowing chamber; and a cover member(40) combining with the inner rear side of the heating cooking chamber to cover the opened front side of the blowing chamber and comprising an air intake port(41) formed in the center and a plurality of air discharge ports(42) formed around the outside to guide the air along the periphery.

Abstract: 열효율을 향상시키고 조리물을 신속하게 조리할 수 있도록 한 조리장치가 개시된다. 이 조리장치는 조리물이 얹혀져서 조리되도록 하는 트레이에 설치되며 전원을 공급받기 위한 한 쌍의 단자가 구비된 히터와, 조리실의 후벽에 마련된 복수의 소켓을 구비하여 트레이가 조리실의 트레이 지지대 위에 배치되고 히터의 단자가 소켓에 끼워지게 되면 히터에 의해 트레이가 직접 발열하여 조리물이 조리되게 된다. 히터는 상기 트레이의 배면에 코팅된 도전피막과, 도전피막에서 서로 대향하여 배치되며 각 단자와 연결된 제 1 전극판과 제 2 전극판을 구비하여서, 제 1 및 제 2 전극판과 도전피막을 통해 흐르는 전류에 의해 도전피막이 발열하여 트레이를 가열시키게 된다.
