Abstract: The present invention relates to a technology to allow a plurality of media players to simultaneously perform the streaming of content. If a master device selects one of the media players as a reference device and multicasts synchronization packets in the media players, the media players calculates a clock differential by comparing the synchronization packet receiving time thereof with the synchronization packet receiving time of the reference device. If the master device performs the streaming of the content into which a time stamp is inserted based on the clock of the reference device, the media players accurately plays the synchronized content in case the network latency with the master device is different because the media players plays the content according to the calculated clock differential.
