Abstract: PURPOSE: An operating method of a soft start circuit and devices for performing the method are provided to prevent damage to an electronic device due to an inrush current by using switch control signals having different slopes according to a section. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generator(1) generates a reference voltage. A switch(3) is connected between an output node of the reference voltage generator and an output node of a soft start circuit. A capacitor(5) is connected between a switch and the ground. A current source(20) generates current having different levels in each section.
