Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition and a kit for diagnosing breast cancer, wherein microRNA or a polynucleotide which is the same as or is complementary to the fragment thereof and an integrin protein or a material specifically bonding to the fragment thereof which are contained in a vesicle are included. The present invention also relates to a method for diagnosing breast cancer using the same and obtaining information needed to diagnose breast cancer. Breast cancer can be diagnosed early in a minimally invasive manner, and patient convenience can be improved.

PURPOSE: A polymer including zwitterionic group or a group having at least two hydroxy groups and a use thereof are provided to specifically combine with specific biomolecules. CONSTITUTION: A polymer comprises one or more recurring units selected from chemical formula M1 and one or more recurring units selected from chemical formula M2. Here, R1, R3, R4 and R6 are respectively indicate single bond or substituted or non-substituted C1-6 alkyl, R2 and R5 are respectively indicate H, halo or substituted or non-substituted C1-6 alkyl. A1 and A2 are respectively indicate-NH-, and -O- or -O - (CO) -. X and Y are respectively selected from radical having two or more hydroxy, zwitterionic, PEG and a material which specifically unites with the biomolecule.

A breast cancer can be diagnosed early with a minimum invasive method and high convenience of a patient using a composition and a kit for diagnosing the breast cancer including: one or more micro RNAs which are selected from a group comprising hsa-miR-126, hsa-miR-23a, hsa-miR-24, hsa-miR-19b, hsa-miR-103, hsa-miR-142-3p, hsa-miR-144, hsa-miR-15a, hsa-miR-185, hsa-miR-93, and hsa-miR-30c contained in a vesicle; or polynucleotide which is in the same or in complementary relations with a fragment of the micro RNA. Also, the breast cancer can be diagnosed using a method for diagnosing the breast cancer and a method for obtaining information required for the diagnosis of the breast cancer using the composition and the kit.
