Abstract: 본 고안은 유도가열 조리기에 관한 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 유휴(遊休) 하프 브릿지 인버터 회로를 이용하여 풀 브릿지 인버터 회로를 구현함으로써 출력 용량의 향상 및 인버터 회로 내 스위칭 소자의 수명이 개선된 유도가열 조리기를 제공함에 있다.
이를 위해 본 고안에 따른 유도가열 조리기는 입력되는 교류전원을 직류전원으로 정류하는 정류부; 상기 직류전원을 스위칭하여 공진전압을 제공하는 제 1 및 제 2 하프 브릿지 인버터; 상기 공진전압을 제공받아 자성체 용기에 와전류를 유도시켜 가열하는 제 1 및 제 2 인덕션 코일; 상기 제 1 인덕션 코일과 상기 제 1 하프 브릿지 회로를 연결하는 제 1 스위칭 소자; 상기 제 2 인덕션 코일과 상기 제 2 하프 브릿지 회로를 연결하는 제 2 스위칭 소자; 상기 제 1 및 제 2 하프 브릿지 회로를 연결하는 제 3 스위칭 소자 및 공진 커패시터; 상기 제 1 및 제 2 인덕션 코일의 상부에 상기 자성체 용기가 존재하는지 여부를 감지하는 제 1 및 제 2 감지부; 상기 제 1 및 제 2 감지부의 감지 결과에 따라 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 유도가열 조리기를 포함한다.
