Abstract: A particle remover of a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus is provided to effectively remove dusts from an upper surface of an object by flowing air at a high speed according to a Bernoulli law. A particle remover of a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus includes an air injection unit, a base unit(20), and a dust collector(30). The air injection unit provides ionized compressed air at a constant speed. The base unit is arranged to be close to an upper surface of an object and includes air injection holes and rising curves at both ends thereof. The air injection hole blows the air from the air injection unit to the upper surface of the object to remove dusts from the object. The dusts are guided upwards along the rising curve. The dust collector is arranged to be coupled with the rising curve, and sucks in the air and the dust.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for inputting Korean alphabet and English is provided to easily use, and decrease key input number with a key input device inputting Korean alphabet and English. CONSTITUTION: A device for inputting Korean alphabet and English has a key pad. The key pad is assigned in order by starting three at a time from a predetermined key with consonants of Korean alphabet and alphabets of English having a order corresponding to each key, being assigned Korean alphabet consonant 'hieung' and English alphabet 'Y and Z' for keys excluded the assignment. The key pad is assigned Korean alphabet vowels '.(point)', 'i', and eu', which comprises to combine vowels ordering input, to following keys of the key for being assigned 'hieung'. The key pad also has a controller. The controller inputs order's Korean alphabet consonants/vowels and English alphabets corresponding to input number of a related key, if a fixed key is inputted. The controller exits letter input, if input of a first function key is one time, returning a curser to a previous input state, if the input is two times. The controller converts into a English/Korean alphabet/number input mode, if input of a second function key is one time, moving the curser to a following input state, if the input is two times.
