Abstract: A system and method for providing a data push service through a heterogeneous network are provided to minimize correction matters requested for existing network elements when push data is transmitted. A PPG(PUSH Proxy Gateway)(205) selects an optimum access network by obtaining connection information of a mobile terminal for transmitting push data from a PSMG(Packet Service Mobility Gateway)(210) according to a push data transmission request received from outside, and transmits the push data through the selected optimum access network. Abstract: PURPOSE: A data service billing method for advance payment subscribers in a mobile communication system is provided so that a billing process can be processed in a real time in a data service by enabling the subscribers to purchase an advance payment card. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber attempts to receive a data service(210). An exchange recognizes data service attempt of the subscriber according to a service option, also recognizes arming of an intelligence transmission trigger, and triggers it to a corresponding service controller(220). The service controller calculates a call rate on a data service billing traffic table, and notifies the call of the advance payment subscriber to the exchange(230). The exchange sets up a data service relay call to an interwork function system to process the data service call(240). Thereafter, the exchange notifies initialization of the data service to the service controller(250). The service controller starts a billing control for the data service call in a real time in a previously-calculated rate, notifies initialization of the billing control to the exchange, and demands the exchange to notify the billing control(260). When the call is ended(270), the exchange receives a billing notification operation from the service controller, notifies call time contents to the service controller, and generates billing information. The service controller charges the call fee to the advance payment subscriber's accounts(290).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for call distribution routing by a call rate is provided to operate routing by incoming routes and call distribution routing at the same time, accept a call distribution function to subscriber calls, and route call distribution without increasing a load of an NTP(Number Translation Processor). CONSTITUTION: When a call is generated, the kind of routing is analysed. In the case that the kind of routing is special routing, the corresponding prefix information of an originating group are analysed to obtain special route sequence. Routing information including call limitation by originating groups, call distribution by rates, call distribution rate by time and call distribution by time are accessed. When a call distribution function is not registered in the routing information, route sequence is obtained, and routing information and a route number are obtained to set up a call. When the call distribution function is registered in the routing information, distribution information by call rates and time dependant distribution information are obtained from a call distribution table to set up the call.
