Abstract: PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus for an ISDN network terminal is provided to enhance the reliability of signal transmission by stabilizing output voltage even under the state of input voltage variance, and to obtain stable output voltage even in commercial power supply of wide range. CONSTITUTION: A sub power supply converting part rectifies sub voltage through a bridge rectifier, transforms the sub voltage through a transformer, filters the voltage, and then outputs bias voltage for external signal transmission through a voltage regulator. A commercial power supply converting part(41) rectifies/transforms commercial power voltage to output relay drive voltage and bias voltage for external signal transmission, rectifies/filters the bias voltage, and monitors the filtered bias voltage to vary the transforming period and output stable bias voltage. A relay part(312) senses the status of the bias voltage through the relay drive voltage output from the commercial power supply(41) converting part to switch the bias voltage output from the sub power supply converting part and the bias voltage output from the commercial power supply converting part(41).
