A system and a method for a video stream based on user presence in an IP network are provided to check the state of each IP terminal and the user presence to identify an optimal IP terminal, thereby providing a video data stream to the optimal IP terminal. IP(Internet Protocol) terminals(100) set user presence including the presence information of a user indicating a state when video data stream is possible according to user setting or automatic setting and a user can not view video data, and transmits the state information of the user. A video stream server(200) checks the user presence information and the call state information of the IP terminals provided from the IP terminals and determines whether to stream the video data of each of the IP terminals.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for improving quality of service (QoS) of voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services in a wireless communications system. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: verifying whether the system receives a message indicating to transmit a multi-frame composed of silence frames from an access point (AP); and transmitting the multi-frame composed of the silent frames if the message includes information on indication of the multi-frame transmission.

PURPOSE: A VoIP processing method of a mobile terminal in a mobile communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to process a VoIP packet through a dedicated audio path which is separated from an audio processing path which is provided by an operating system of a mobile terminal by providing the dedicated audio path to process the VoIP packet. CONSTITUTION: A Radio Frequency (RF) communication unit (710) transmits and receives a VoIP packet. An audio processing unit (750) processes audio signals. If an audio engine receives a request to process the VoIP packet, the audio engine (720) determines whether a dedicated audio path to process the VoIP packet exists. PURPOSE: A mirroring service supplying apparatus in a VOIP system including IP-PBX for automatically an RTP packet and a method thereof are provided to automatically recognize start/termination of a call session through the RTP packet. CONSTITUTION: An RTP packet transmission start recognizer(100) recognizes the beginning of the new call session with a specific IP phone. An RTP packet transmission end recognizer(200) recognizes the termination of the call session through the RTCP packet is not transmitted. A mirroring processor(300) stores the RTP packet in a packet storage(400).
