Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling output display on the portable terminal thereof are provided to improve the magnification control performance of the out display and the selection rate of the link item, by adjusting the magnification of the output display and by expanding the link item according to the magnification. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(108) outputs the magnification adjusted-display. A input unit(106) establishes the expanded or reduced point. A memory unit(104) stores the standard information for determining expanded or reduced magnification of the output display. A magnification confirmation device(102) measures the slope of the portable terminal and determines the magnification adjustment. A controller(100) controls the output display according to the identified magnification. If the input of the output display is sensed, the controller outputs an zoom gauge, which displays the current magnification.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A radio channel operating method of an AP with respect to a wireless IP terminal in a wireless LAN network is provided to offer good voice-call quality to a wireless IP terminal by effectively allocating radio channel resources. CONSTITUTION: An available radio channel is divided into a plurality of time slots(S1). One time slot is allocated to each mobile IP terminal to allocate a radio channel for a predetermined time(S2). A current time slot count value is read(S3) to determines whether a current time slot is a registered time slot(S4). If the current time slot is not a registered time slot, a radio IP terminal and a radio channel corresponding to the time slot count value are formed(S5). Data with frames of certain size is transmitted during half time of one time slot through the radio channel(S6). The receiving mode is operated during the next half time to receive data with frames of a certain size from the mobile IP terminal(S7). When the transmission mode and the receiving mode are completed for one time slot, a time slot count value is increased by 1(S8).

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for reducing echoes and noises of a telephone is provided to induce the same size of signals to transmission lines from a receiving line, and to remove the signals by a differential amplification process, and to change line arrangements of handset connection cords, thereby reducing echoes caused by the induced signals. CONSTITUTION: Receiving line terminals(Rx+,Rx-) are connected to a receiver and a ground in a connector(204). A differential amplifier(206) is installed between a transmitter and transmitting line terminals(Tx+,Tx-). Transmitting lines(112,118) are connected to a non-inverting input terminal(+) and an inverting input terminal(-) of the differential amplifier(206) through the transmitting line terminals(Tx+,Tx-). The differential amplifier(206) differentially amplifies signals received to the transmitting lines(112,118), and applies the signals to the transmitter. Signals induced to the transmitting lines(112,118) from a receiving line(114) are inputted to the differential amplifier(206) in the same size, and are removed.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for reducing current consumption in a mobile communication terminal system is provided to change main clock frequency of a CPU according to the status of the mobile communication system to regularly maintain a program idle rate, thereby reducing the current consumption. CONSTITUTION: A CPU judges whether any valid task to be operated exists(200). If not, the CPU executes an idle task(204). The CPU forcibly terminates the idle task to calculate the occupation of the idle task in the CPU and generates a new idle task counting a global variable(206-208). The CPU executes the new idle task to measure the operation of the idle task during a regular time and counts the global variable of the new idle task during the regular time(210). The CPU sets up the change of the global variable as an idle value of the new idle task(212). The set Idle value of the new idle task is stored as a reference value of the idle task of a program of a system(214). If the CPU senses the valid task to be executed, the CPU measures the change of the global variable of the new idle task, and stores the change as the idle value of the valid task(216-218). The CPU calculates a program idle rate of the system by dividing the measured idle value of the valid task by the stored reference value of the program idle task(220).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cartridge for receiving different size of disks is provided to receive both disks with different sizes for a combined use, thus improving cartridge compatibility as well as reducing a cost. CONSTITUTION: One pair of the first arc rib(20) and the second arc rib(42) are projected on inner circumferences of upper/lower plates(12, 14) and a cover(40), to support a 12cm disk received in a cartridge(10). The diameter of the first and the second arc ribs(20, 42) is bigger than the diameter of the disk. One end of the cover(40) is coupled on a back side of the cartridge(10) by a hinge(44), to be rotated. A disk receiver is coupled in a back direction of the cartridge(10), and receives an 8cm disk. The disk receiver comprises as follows. One end of a disk switch(48) is rotatively coupled in the back direction of the cartridge(10) by the first hinge(46). A receiving holder receives the 8cm disk by being curved in an inner direction of the disk switch(48). A detachment prevention unit(54) is coupled with a boundary of the receiving holder(50) by the second hinge(52), and prevents the disk from being detached.
Abstract:
