Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a semiconductor is provided to shift stably a cylinder in a constant speed by using a magnetic force generated from coils. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second coils(110,120) are located in the inside of a cylinder(100). A winding direction of the first coil(110) is opposite to the winding direction of the second coil(120). A shaft(160) including a conductive body(150) is installed in the inside of the cylinder(100). A positive voltage is applied to an upper terminal of the first coil(110). A negative voltage is applied to a lower terminal of the second coil(120). The conductive body(150) of the shaft(160) is shifted to a lower direction and the cylinder(100) is shifted to the lower direction if the negative voltage is applied to an upper terminal of the second coil(120) and the positive voltage is applied to a lower terminal of the second coil(120).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning a wafer is provided to detect easily particles from the wafer and prevent a processing error by installing a particle detection sensor at a wafer alignment apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A wafer(W) is loaded on a spin chuck(110). The spin chuck(110) is used for supporting and rotating a wafer(W). A particle detection sensor(130) is installed at a lower portion of the spin chuck(110) in order to sense particles of a back side of the wafer(W). The particle detection sensor(130) is operated when the wafer is rotated on the spin chuck(110) by using a driving portion(M). A sensor(120) is used for sensing a wafer flat zone. The particle detection sensor(130) is formed with a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) sensor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An inside environment observation device is provided to allow safe operation of the equipment by installing various sensors which can sensor the inner environment and by connecting the sensor to a certain device to response accurately to an error. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a body(10), a circuit board(12) which is inserted on the slot of the body; and a fan(14) is installed at a side of the body. A temperature sensor(18) which sensors the inside temperature is installed nearby the circuit board and an air sensing sensor(16) and the temperature sensor(18) are connected to a sensing device(20). The inside environment of the body(10) is evaluated according to the sensor signal sensed at the air sensing sensor(16) and temperature sensor(18) and if the error occurs an alarm signals. The fan(14) operates to the need in order to prevent the temperature from increasing inside the body(10).
