Abstract: A sharing apparatus and method of drm(digital rights management) agent are provided to share the contents by sharing a DRM agent in the off line state of an apparatus connected to home network. A client device requests an execution code including a DRM agent corresponding to the encrypted contents to a host system(S510). The host system confirms whether or not it has the corresponding DRM agent(S520).
